white fish fillets drives this basket at $12.00, 30% of the total. The next biggest lines are large shrimp ($11.99) and grapefruit juice ($4.79). $4.77 of the basket - 12% - is package remainder: food you buy because stores sell packages and recipes call for amounts. It does not vanish, it sits in your kitchen for the next meal.
"I came up with this because it's a dish that has mostly fresh fruits and vegetables. It also has Alaskan fish and Alaskan spot prawns, which is the best seafood in the world. These are all things that I like," says Rowan. "I would put whole-grain tortilla chips and low-fat milk to balance it out for a healthy meal."
